Welcoming clients and pets, dealing with out-patients, admitting patients and dispensing are all vital ‘front of house’ functions. In-patient accommodation, diagnostics, preparation, treatments and surgery make up the unseen essentials of the practice. Facilities must meet or exceed these requirements, along with all the hygiene back-up and services. Practice inspectors recognise our designs because they work so well.
Most vets have only ever been in a handful of veterinary practices; university facilities, working as assistants and settling into a permanent position. This exposure may not have given the greatest range of ideas for the most critical part of practice design. That's where we come in.
